Opposition Parties: Government Must Stop Using Registration for Vaccination to Collect Data
Although Hungary has been hit by a pandemic the world has not seen for ages, all the government sees in vaccination registrations is yet another opportunity to collect data, and this has been made part of their election preparations: the online consultation on re-opening, which is now underway, is available on the same website (vakcinainfo.gov.hu) that people need to apply to get vaccinated.

Users who register on the government website undertake to send their data to Antal Rogán's Ministry of Propaganda and Idomsoft, which operates the election system software.

Opposition parties are calling on the government to stop collecting data on citizens and present a clear action plan, rather than a propaganda consultation, on the framework within which they plan to restart the country and how they intend to help businesses in difficulty as a result of the crisis.

The opposition also expects guarantees that people really get free choice in vaccines and no one will be disadvantaged because they want a vaccine they trust more. This is also particularly important because the government's communication chaos over vaccines and the circumvention of professional protocols over the years by amending regulations create mistrust and reduce public acceptance of vaccines.

The issue of vaccinations will also be highlighted at the coming meeting of the opposition COVID 2021 Committee of Inquiry on Friday, including the transparency of the vaccination plan and the training of GPs.
