Even in the shadow of the emergency, Fidesz pays special attention to the fact that the restrictions do not affect the casinos that make billions of profit.
Fidesz should be deaing with substantive governance, as its belated and tight-fisted measures have already put the masses in a difficult position, and even more people will suffer a similar fate if they continue to serve only the interests of a narrow elite.
MSZP has been demanding since the beginning of the crisis that the government ensure people's livelihood. That is why we want the introduction of an 80% wage subsidy. 80% of the wages of employees facing redundancy must be provided as state aid up to a net amount of HUF 180,000, with keeping them in employment for 3-6 months. In addition, 100% sick pay should be provided to everyone during an emergency that becomes infected or quarantined so that they do not have to choose between their financial security and their own or others ’health.
It is necessary to take care of those who are in a difficult situation, therefore MSZP demands that the job search allowance be paid for 9 months, the net amount of which must not be less than HUF 100,000. Families also need substantial support, so it is essential to immediately double the family allowance, childcare support and maternity benefits.
According to MSZP, everyone is entitled to a secure livelihood, which is why, as a social democratic party, it fights for equal opportunities, the establishment of social security and the elimination of social injustices.
